Jackson's Two

We decided to celebrate Jackson's 2nd birthday a few days early. Brian was still off on his paternity leave and Debbie, Brian's mom, was in town. So we picked a day and made it all about Jackson. First we went to his Gymboree play and learn class. Then we went to Panera and he got his favorite breakfast thing, a souffle. We then came home and laid him down for a nap. After his nap we went to the zoo and had lunch there. We got to see lots of fun animals and feed the giraffes. On our way home we swung by Coldstone Creamery and picked up Jackson's birthday cake. When we got home we ate cake and opened presents. He loved it. He will also be getting a swing set for outside that is from Brian and I, and both sets of grandparents, but it is not here yet. We ordered it online and can't wait to get it and play on it! After the fun of presents we had dinner at home and just played with his toys. It was a great day and hope Jackson realizes how special he is to us! I can't believe my first baby is 2!!! Ella will be that old before we know it too! On Jackson's actual birthday we did give him a present or two. Nothing big just a couple of little things. He also went to another Gymboree class where they sang to him and gave him a special birthday sticker. Brian had to work that day so we didn't too much but it was still a special day!
