So you are all probably thinking this is some Halloween party but its not. I am a member of the Fort Hood Officers' Spouses' Club and every year we put on a fundraiser called Wild West Night. Last year I helped with getting all the donations for the silent auction, live auction, and raffle. Well, this year I helped with two things, Emporium baskets and can-can girls. Emporium is where the units on post donated a themed basket and we sell them. We raised so much on just the baskets this year! Then there is the live entertainment the whole evening, the Can-Can girls! We practiced every Tuesday and Thursday night to learn two routines and Brian was so great watching Jackson so I could do it. We danced to "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" and "Rovin Gambler." It was so much fun and we did it all for a good cause. Does it get any better than that. Here are a few pictures from the night.
